This policy explains what information acyrx (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run a useful directory, and we never sell your personal information.

Information you give us.

• Account details such as your name, username, email address and profile image, including those provided by a sign-in provider like GitHub.
• Content you submit — MCPs, skills, prompts, workflows, recipes, comments and ratings. Submissions are public by design.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email, and newsletter sign-ups.

Information collected automatically.

• Usage data: pages viewed, searches, resources saved, installed or remixed, and referring pages.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

• Operate the directory, your account and features like bookmarks, remixes and contributor credit.
• Rank and recommend resources using aggregated, de-identified activity (for example, trending scores).
• Scan and verify submitted resources for security and quality.
• Send product updates and newsletters you opted into — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Respond to your requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that host, store, analyze or email on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it.
• Publicly, for content and profile information you choose to publish.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the service.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons. Public contributions may remain available under the license you published them with, with attribution removed on request.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or download the personal information we hold about you.
• Delete your account and personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if you find a vulnerability, please report it to support@acyrx.com.

acyrx is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
