Terms of Service

By accessing or using acyrx (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

acyrx is a discovery platform that indexes MCP servers, AI skills, agents, prompts, workflows, tools, ideas and build recipes. Many listed resources are created and hosted by third parties; we don't control them and aren't responsible for how they behave.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
• Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You keep ownership of what you submit. By publishing a resource, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, index, display, and distribute it as part of the Service, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Code and content you publish remains under the license you choose (for example MIT or Apache-2.0). Other users may remix it according to that license.

You agree not to:

• Submit malware, or resources that exfiltrate data, escalate privileges, or behave differently from their description.
• Infringe others' intellectual property or publish secrets, credentials or personal data.
• Manipulate rankings, stars, installs or reviews, or create accounts to do so.
• Scrape the Service at a rate that degrades it, or bypass access controls.
• Use the Service to harass others or for anything unlawful.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Installing an MCP server, skill or tool gives it access to systems and data on your machine or accounts. Review permissions and source before installing. Verification badges reduce risk but are not a guarantee. Your use of third-party resources is governed by their own terms and licenses.

The Service and all listed resources are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, acyrx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service or any third-party resource discovered through it.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
